Located in the exclusive Punta Pájaros area in Puerto Escondido, Casa Malandra is a masterpiece by the prestigious architect Calleja. This stunning project offers a unique experience of luxury and nature on a pristine beach.

The house is oceanfront and only 30 minutes from the airport. Additionally, it is close to points of interest such as Casa Wabi, Hotel Escondido, and the Omakase restaurant, among others.

Casa Malandra is rented exclusively and features four bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King bed, a spectacular terrace with pool and sea views, and a private bathroom. Bedroom 2 also has a King bed, a beautiful terrace, and a private bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a King bed and a private bathroom, while Bedroom 4 has two Queen beds and a private bathroom.

Amenities include a private pool, a reading area, pleasant terraces, and an amphitheater for watching movies or presentations. The spacious palapa includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and terraces. Additionally, there is a private thatched area and parking.

Casa Malandra is built in three modules to provide greater privacy, connected by wonderful wooden bridges surrounded by vegetation. The total capacity of the house is 10 people, making it ideal for groups and families.

The rental of the house includes the services of a cook, a watchman, a gardener, and cleaning staff throughout the stay. It also has air conditioning in the bedrooms, television in two of them, internet, and all necessary equipment for the bedroom (sheets, blankets), bathrooms (towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer), and a fully equipped kitchen.

The rental price varies depending on the season and the number of people staying in the house. Meals and drinks are not included in the rental price, but we offer additional services to enhance your experience.

To complement your experience at Casa Malandra, we offer the services of cooks who prepare local and international dishes. Recommended times are breakfast between 9:30 and 10:30 AM, a snack between breakfast and lunch, lunch between 3:00 and 4:00 PM, and a light dinner to serve in the evening, as the staff leaves at 5:30 PM. The cost of meals is 60 USD per person per day, including all meals and non-alcoholic beverages.

Alcoholic beverages are not included in the meal or rental price. You may bring your own alcoholic beverages and necessary mixers.

The kitchen and cleaning staff work from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. If you wish for the staff to stay longer, there is an extra charge of 600 pesos for the support of two staff members until 9:20 PM. Overtime can be paid in advance or directly to the staff.

Check-in is at 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. We are flexible with arrival and departure times as long as they do not coincide with other reservations. Music volume must be kept low after 11:00 PM, and DJs are not allowed. Tips are not included and are at the guest’s discretion.
