Located within Faro Belén - Aldea de Mar (closed neighborhood). 10 minutes from Bahía Creek and its extensive beaches. Sea view over 60-meter-high cliffs. Nature and peace. Sunsets over the sea, contact with nature, and an unbeatable environment. The house is suitable for couples, adventurers, and families.

Situated atop a chain of dunes and above 60-meter cliffs, the cabin allows you to connect with the surrounding nature and peace. Spectacular sunsets over the sea, views of the steppe, and endless activities. Within the property, there are walks to a sea lion colony or the possibility of climbing the lighthouse-lookout that is 110 meters above sea level. Bird watching, marine mammals, steppe fauna, and delicate flora that grows in harmony. You can circulate freely within the entire Faro Belén - Aldea de Mar. This gives access to the sea lion colony and lighthouse viewpoint located within the property. Also, 10 minutes away is the town of Bahía Creek with some services (Wi-Fi and a convenience store all year round) and long beaches for swimming or engaging in fishing or sports.

The house has photovoltaic energy, and water is a scarce resource in the area, so tenants are requested to keep the consumption level to a minimum to make the most of the house. Lighting a fire for barbecues is limited to certain times of the year and areas within the property since the risk of fires is very high in summer. There is no separation between the bedroom and the living area; it is a large space divided by the piece of furniture containing the wood-burning stove.
